1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using Astrolab (the "Service"), available at radixdixit.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These Terms are currently governed by the free access phase described below. We reserve the right to introduce paid features, subscriptions, or purchasable credits in the future. If and when that happens, these Terms will be updated accordingly and you will be notified before any change affecting paid features takes effect.

2. Description of the Service

Astrolab provides personalized astrological interpretations and related content, generated based on information you provide (such as birth date, time, and place).

Important disclaimer: The content provided through the Service is intended for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. It does not constitute, and should not be relied upon as, medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other form of professional advice. You should not make significant personal, health, financial, or legal decisions based solely on content generated by the Service. 3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Account registration

You may create an account exclusively through Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Astrolab account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Free credits program

During the current free access phase:

• Registered users receive 6 free credits per month, sufficient to redeem one (1) standard product per month.
• Free credits do not expire and accumulate month over month if unused.
• Free credits have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
• We may modify the number of monthly credits granted, the products redeemable with them, or any other aspect of the free credits program at any time, at our sole discretion.

6. Suspension or discontinuation of the free program

We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or permanently discontinue the free credits program, or the Service as a whole, at any time and without liability to you.

If the free credits program is discontinued, any unused free credits will be forfeited without compensation. Since these credits were granted free of charge, no refund, compensation, or replacement will be owed to users as a result of such discontinuation.

This provision does not affect any future terms applicable to credits or subscriptions purchased for consideration, which will be governed by separate, updated Terms at the time such paid offerings are introduced.

7. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our prior written consent
• Create multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits beyond what is intended for a single user

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, templates, text, graphics, and underlying software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Products/reports generated for your personal use are provided to you for personal, non-commercial use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on the content it generates.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Italian law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or if we discontinue the Service in accordance with Section 6.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, in particular when introducing paid features. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may grant you the right to bring proceedings in your own country of residence, where applicable under EU consumer law.
