Conjunction

A conjunction occurs when two planets occupy the same degree of the zodiac, typically within an orb of 8 to 10 degrees. The energies of the two planets merge and act as a single combined force, amplifying each other. The quality of a conjunction depends on the planets involved: two compatible energies intensify harmoniously, while two incompatible ones may produce tension or internal conflict. In either case, the conjunction concentrates power and brings the themes of both planets sharply into focus.
